Episode 232: Constitutional Crisis? No, But Also Yes.

A new talking point has hit the establishment media’s desks: that the U.S. is experiencing a “Constitutional crisis.” As usual, the thing they’ve identified as the source of the crisis is the exact wrong thing. Rather than President Trump and DOGE being the problem, their executive agency-confined actions are RESOLVING existing Constitutional crises because the agencies they are targeting are unconstitutional themselves and/or they’re engaging in unconstitutional actions. But even though the worst people in the world are diagnosing the problem incorrectly, they’re still right that there is a crisis. The real crisis is rogue federal judges, in blatant violation of separation of powers, are injecting their own biases and conflicts of interest into rulings preventing the chief executive from setting policy within his own branch. We also discuss the “libertarian moment” freedom lovers are having right now, after clearly having turned the tide on the culture war as evidenced by the American people cheering government accountability we’ve been demanding for decades.
