The things one can get away with if they have the right politics… If you’re Parag Agarwal (a big fan of ramping up tech censorship in favor of the state) you’re not a subject of cancellation for past transgressions. Instead, anyone that would cancel you is a “right-wing troll.” If you’re Premier/Comrade/His Holiness, Dr. Fraudci, then you can messianically claim to be the one-man personification of the holy dogma that is #thescience and no one bats an eye. But, not in our sane space! You’re getting called out, early and often.
