Ep. 98: Government Accountability is a Myth

Again and again, we are reminded that the very nature of government is, at its core, fundamentally at odds with accountability. Yet, the regime apologists are always quick to either demand that we excuse government’s poor performance (avoid accountability entirely) or assure us that accountability is possible with better leadership. Newsflash: it’s not! Whether it’s the economy, law enforcement, or simply watching itself, the government has never demonstrated itself to be anything other than an unaccountable shitshow of endless horrors. We discuss the latest examples.
