Episode 13 – Cancel Culture Calamity

In this episode we discuss the “Manichean Temptation” (shout out to Prof. CJ over at the Dangerous History Podcast) of politics and cancel culture. If you view the world and the actors in it as a cosmic struggle between good and evil you’re going to wind up defending things you hate from your teammates while condemning well-meaning or non-evil people you perceive as being on the other team. In either case, you end up losing yourself. Spot it, acknowledge it, and fight back against it.
